Everything people usually ask before their first visit to the shop. Can't find it here? Call or email us — we answer ourselves.

Where are you located?: We're at 153 York Street in Ottawa's ByWard Market — a short walk from the Rideau Centre and the Ottawa Art Gallery.
Is everything really made in Canada?: Almost all of it. We work with Canadian designers first, and the few imported lines we carry are fair trade with eco-friendly fabrics.
What sizes do you carry?: REPLACE: confirm size range with Emma. Our designers cut generously and we're happy to help you find the right fit in the shop.
Can I shop online?: Yes — our collections live on adorit.ca and ship across Canada. Stock in the shop changes faster, so call or message us if you're hunting for something specific.
Do you do alterations or custom pieces?: We hand-finish our Adorit Customs pieces in the shop. REPLACE: confirm alteration and custom-order policy.
What is a jewellery design party?: You and your people take over the shop, pick chains and charms, and build pieces to take home. REPLACE: confirm pricing, group size and booking details.
What's your return policy?: REPLACE: confirm current return and exchange window with Emma.
